So I haven't done a lot of painting since I finished college, I had a bit of a break for a few weeks and then went on holiday to Turkey, but I'm back now and armed with a bazillion photos to work with. I've also stocked up on art supplies to see me through the summer, just waiting for some stretchers to arrive.

I tried to do some painting in Turkey but I only took acrylics with me and they dried rediculously fast in the heat, which when I'm used to oils is not good. I did one rubbish painting then gave up. Now I'm back in cold, rainy England I can get straight back to work. If you can call it that. Hopefully I'll have something worth putting up in a week or so.

I'm yet to fully work out whats going on with dA, seems a bit bulky to me, I liked being able to see everything at once. Also it took me ages to find the forums as my screen isn't long enough to show all the links at the top.
